A patient of 57 year old presented with left arm numbness that has started about 1 week ago. The numbness distributed from the arm to forearm and into his hand and fingers. It would last 7-9 minutes at a time and then subside. Simultaneously with numbness, there was significant weakness in the left hand as well that he would drop items.
