A patient of 57 year old presented with left arm numbness that has started about 1 week ago. The numbness distributed from the arm to forearm and into his hand and fingers. It would last 7-9 minutes at a time and then subside. Simultaneously with numbness, there was significant weakness in the left hand as well that he would drop items. After one full treatment of working on all the related tight muscles in the neck, shoulder, scapula, arm, forearm and hand as well as adjusting (administration of chiropractic manipulative therapy using IQ impulse adjusting instrument) all the restricted joints in the neck (cervical spine), upper and mid back (thoracic spine) and associated very restricted ribs, patient reported to have had no numbness for 3 days in a row!
