We are adding Family Medicine to our Complete Chiropractic Care. Dr. Arina Chapman, a family physician, is joining our staff starting January 20th, 2015.
Dr. Chapman graduated from Wheaton College in 1996 with a bachelors degree in Chemistry and from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002 with a doctorate degree in Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL in 2005. Her experience includes working at HomeFirst clinic for 7 years, treating children and adults, providing preventive care, nutrition, and osteopathic manipulative medicine.
We are currently taking insurance plans as out-of-network providers as we await being included in-network in the next month or two. For those that have no insurance we have affordable rates.
Initially Dr. Chapman will be available each Tuesday from 10 am to 2 pm. Please call us to schedule your first appointment at 630-460-6733. Call before the end of January to receive a complementary “Meet and Greet” time with Dr. Chapman.
